O & O develops its marketing activity through luxury property exhibitions, property seminars, road-shows and public relations. Most of our sales activity takes place abroad, in the countries where our clients reside. We do not wait for a client to contact us, we do our best to identify and contact him/her.
Networking
Word-of-mouth is certainly very important and consequently we devote a special attention to networking within the right circles _ such as private banking, wealth management firms, family offices, business clubs, golf societies, private jet and yacht clubs.
Incisive approach to the traditional markets
The United Kingdom will remain the major buyer market in the Algarve so that a significant part of our marketing budget is spent on judicious marketing actions in the major cities throughout the UK. The Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland are other traditional markets where insightful presentations and contacts are developed recurrently.

O & O has a special department targeting exotic markets, including Shanghai, Mumbai, Almaty, Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Doha, Abu Dhabi and Luanda where we carry out special marketing actions.

We attend clients _vendors and purchasers _ by referrals and appointment only. Note that some of our properties are not even available on the open market; they are only for sale on a private and confidential basis.
