SIMA Luanda – Angola
As established in our marketing plan for 2010, we are dedicating a special attention to exotic markets that are likely to generate potential buyers for outstanding luxury properties in Portugal’s most exclusive resorts and addresses.
After the presentation of our portfolio of stunning properties in St. Petersburg in March, we have recently presented our best property offers at the first real estate exhibition in Luanda, capital of Angola. (*)

Since 2002, after the end of a 27-year civil war, Angola has started to rebuild its country at very high growth rates, mainly driven by its oil sector (with a similar production as Nigeria). The vivacity of the economy has originated the creation of wealth and of affluent entrepreneurs looking for quality investments and fine living.
The property exhibition was very positive and we were able to attract the attention and the interest of potential clients to invest in luxury properties (and old buildings), always located in prime locations.

Exclusivity and privacy were the two essential requirements of an experienced and demanding clientele, habituated to international travel and luxury living.
During the event, we were honored by the visit of various official Representatives of the Angolan Government, such as the Minister of Trade, Dra. Idalina Valente, the Minister of Town Planning and Construction, Dr. José dos Santos Ferreira, as well as the First Secretary of MPLA in Luanda and the Governor of Huambo province, to whom we had great pleasure in presenting a few striking properties, examples of the elegance and privacy offered by the magnificent resorts in central Algarve.

(*) Note that our presentation in Abu Dhabi (AUE) and Doha (Qatar) in April was called off due to the ash cloud that lead to successive flight cancellations.
