According to the 2010 Travellers Choice Awards , the Tivoli Victoria Hotel comes out as one of the best in the world. The hotel has been voted the best hotel in Europe in the Category of relaxation/spa, and fourth in the world in the same category . According to the General Manager of the Tivoli Victoria “the award recognizes the dedication of employees and the excellence of services offered by the hotel".
The Tivoli Victoria is the first hotel of the Tivoli chain to have been built from scratch by the company and opened in March 2009.
